(Voice-Inbound – semi sale)
Education: Minimum HSC and above
Age : 21 TO 28
Experience: Minimum 6 months Call Center Experience
Basic proficiency in MS office (Excel, Word…etc) desired
Any graduate
No BTech’s, MCA’s , BE’s MBA’s
- Fluency in Hindi & English - Should be able to communicate in both the languages on phone
- To convert all enquiries into appointments
- To Call up Inquiry Follow ups and No Visits
- Calling Non Registered Patients for appointments with Senior Doctors
- Calling up Renewal patients
- Follow up with Missed Appointments
- Cold Calling the Database to maximize capacity utilization
- To schedule Appointments
Other points:
Site at Hitec City and Jubilee hills
Pick up & drops provided for logins & logouts after 9.00 PM – For any login or logout falling in other timings, the company doesn't provide transportation
