1. Fluency in Telugu, Hindi & English  - Should be able to communicate in all 3 languages on phone

3. Technical proficiency in MS office (Excel, Word…etc) / experience with internet applications
4. Typing awareness - min 20-25 words per minute
5. Any graduate

Desirable:

6. Telecom or BFSI experience preferred
7. Marketing experience would be a benefit
